Hi I am Kevin a Creative which is the best way of describing what I do as I have worked in many areas of the creative field.

For almost 25 years I have worked as a professional artist, I work mainly in pastels, a medium l finds very “forgiving.

A major influence in my artistic development in the 1990’s was my time as resident artist at Henning International Galleries in Balmain where l participated in 22 exhibitions with other resident artists such as Pro Hart and Ken Duncan. Buyers included the daughter of Sir Russel Drysdale.

I am also a professional model maker and have worked on number commissions for maritime museums including The Australian Navy as well as private clients.

For 8 years I was a freelance animation assistant with Channel Nine, ABC as well as a cell painter for Disney Australia

For 8 years l was a volunteer model maker and restorer of antique models at the Maritime Model Museum, which housed a unique collection of Historic model ships and artefacts. This is a place where I indulged in my passion for model making, restoration and marine art.

In 2018 I ventured out to work for myself as a Maritime model restorer and through which has lead to many fascinating commissions and stories.
